Honestly this is not a commercial blender. You cannot have a blender stop after 4mins and expect us to wait for another 5 mins and start again.This was confirmed by your team and that is perfectly normal according to them.

Good at first. Soon wore out. Some plastic connections should be made from metal. Good domestic but poor commercial quality.

En premier, l'écrou d'assemblage du plongeur, sur son moteur, pourrait-être retenue par un colet, ou un jonc élastique, pour éviter qu'il tombe comme une vielle chaussette fatiguée sur le pied (autre voie: inverser l'écrou sur le moteur et la vis sur le tube etc...). En second, travailler la polyvalence, l'adaptabilité des longueurs variées de la partie plongeur sur un seul et même bloc moteur, plusieurs longueurs de tube plongeur. Ce serait un moyen de renforcer le succès de se produit solide mais cher.

I purchased this blender on Jan 22 of 2026. It is now June and it started smoking and cut off. It will not turn back on. I also purchased and extended 1 year warranty. I have contacted them several times and only got a response once in the beginning. To be a member with a warranty I am extremely upset at the course of this matter and the durability. This was suppose to be a heavy duty mixer and we only use it to blend ingredients (liquid , oils, and powders) which are fluid and not thick. So I do not understand why this is taking so long or why after only a few uses (we only use it to process large orders )

I ordered this item online. It was shipped fast and promptly. But I never received it. The shipping service delivered it to the wrong address. I don’t know where they delivered it and neither does the shipping service. They don’t take a delivery confirmation picture nor got a delivery signature. When I complained all I got is a run around and in the end a simple “sorry” was my final resolution. They wouldn’t even resend me the item to replace the missing item. This sucks. I’m a small business and can’t afford to replace it.

Ich habe den stabmixer vor circa 4-5 Wochen gekauft. Ich habe ihn nur 2-3 mal benutzt und er geht einfach nicht mehr an. Ich habe Vevor kontaktiert aber habe seit 3 Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich finde es eine Frechheit für diesen Preis einen Artikel zu erhalten der gefühlt nach 2 mal benutzen defekt ist und der Anbieter nicht auf Nachrichten reagiert. Nein danke
