I will never purchased another Vevor product again. They sent it without an operation manual. When I contacted them for a manual. I got treated like a criminal. I had to prove that I purchased it from them. Then it was transferred to another department who then wanted videos of the product. Then it was transferred to yet another department who advised me they would consider my request. I never heard back even after repeated requests. All this just for an operation manual that they forgot to put in the box.
A worthless company with zero support for the customer.

this product never worked and i am still in the process of trying to get a refund. Vevor has not stood by the quality of this item. Vevor keeps send annoying emails, that border on harassment, saying that the matter will be closed in 24 hours if i do not respond even though all correspondance shows the matter is not closed. At this point i would never buy a vevor product again and advise all others against vevor purchases.

VERY DISPOINTED!!! Is NOT the SIZE as described on Website. I already have a grinder and thought I was getting a larger grinder. However when I received my order, the grinder I received was NOT the size as described as on the VEVOR website.
