Received the product this week' Used it one time and the electric hydralic jack only went up. Had to use the allen wrench "release plug" to lower it. Light and air pump work, but not the jack. I'd like to start the return and refund process. Thank you Richard Scherer - rscherer46@gmail.com

Paket ordentlich angekommen, aber der Boden sieht aus als wäre es eine Retourware! Der Stecker verbogen und das ganze sieht leider nicht nach Neuzustand aus. der Akku voll aufgeladen und in der Fernbedienung war die Batterie schon drinnen, was nicht üblich ist . Es bedarf keiner Rücksendung noch! muss diesen tollen Akku Stempelheber 5t noch testen. möchte hier dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall schlechtreden, aber das gehört eben gesagt. was gedenken sie da zu tun?

Bonjour, je profite de ce moment pour vous dire que je suis très déçu du dernier achat. En effet, il me semble avoir commandé l'ensemble avec batteries Je me retrouve avec un système à brancher sur l'allume cigare. Vos autres outils à batterie sont excellents et là je me retrouve avec du filere. Pour le prix c'est pas cool Vous me direz que comme je suis un vieux papy ce n'est pas grave, au contraire, je fonctionne avec mon temps. Comme je n' ai pas gardé l'emballage, je ne peux vous le renvoyer. Tant pis, je me débrouillerai avec ce système. Cordialement Alain DEMAEL

Purchased Oct 10th and tested Oct 24, and a good thing I did. 1st issue: lifting my 1998 went well, but the jack jammed going down; it just would not go down. I had to get a second jack to get it out from under my car. 2nd Issue: The impact wrench does nothing; the motor runs, but nothing happens. Let's see how hard it will be to return.

The unit they show in the ad is not what they sell on their site. The ad shows a unit with rechargeable batteries. The unit is received has a car charger plug in with a flimsy lead to the unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING AT THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!

Just want to throw it away. Worst then temu.
