The biggest disappointment is that this jack is advertised as a 5-ton model, but the actual lifting capacity is only 1.8 tons. This is very misleading and was one of the main reasons I purchased it. I bought it to keep in my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 319 so I could lift the van when changing a tire if needed. However, after testing it on my ATV, I don’t feel confident using it on the van. The jack felt unstable during lifting, and the lifting arm leaned against the battery housing, which raised serious concerns about its design and safety. It may be suitable for some light-duty applications, but based on my experience, I would not trust it for lifting a larger vehicle such as a Sprinter.

The Jack works fairly good. Got two batteries. One died the first day the impact that came with it. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever used. I would not rate this for anyone to use. Poor, poor quality.

Jeg kjøpte den til min mercedes sprinter 4x4. Jekken klarte ikke å løfte en side av bilen, den stoppet plutselig halveis. Bilen min veier ca 3T, og jekken som jeg kjøpte var for å løfte 5T.

1x op en neer , en het is al gedaan. Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Jammer van het geld . Beter uit de handel halen….

Item does not work and your customer service sucks

Disappointed, feels weird cant trust it because u never know when the battery will die. Feels like a waste of money.

I am very disappointed with the way VEVOR has handled my return and refund request. I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from VEVOR, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope VEVOR can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.

Well, Never received dispite what it says. This is the 3 rd time on this item. Not happy.
