Ordered on about September 21st/26 i bought this jack this to carry in my Truck & had high hopes that it would work as advertised. Received it in good time & Everything looked Good & on Oct 11th 26 I had occasion to put it to use on my Chrysler 300C to change a tire. The Jack preformed as advertised but with 2 problems, It leaked oil badly all over the cardboard I set it on to protect the jack from getting scratched up in case I had to return it for a replacement & the Flimsy plastic doors on it will not latch & stay closed so I tried calling customer service several times over the next week and all I get is a busy signal so I gave up Then I tried texting there ph.# & a few days later I got a reply that I needed to call customer service. A I can say is good luck with that! If customer service reads this & you're interested in contacting me My order # is 26081900981721499150 & I can be reached at the email on the order or by the phone # on the order if you will stand behind your warranty Fix the problem I have. I would like to have a good replacement, Jack.

Kjøpte 2 stk av disse den ene virket ikke av/på knappen på selve jekken. Men fungerer fint via fjernkontrollen. Middels førnøyd med å handle fra Vevor da det kommer Toll på varene fra dem.

The biggest disappointment is that this jack is advertised as a 5-ton model, but the actual lifting capacity is only 1.8 tons. This is very misleading and was one of the main reasons I purchased it. I bought it to keep in my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 319 so I could lift the van when changing a tire if needed. However, after testing it on my ATV, I don’t feel confident using it on the van. The jack felt unstable during lifting, and the lifting arm leaned against the battery housing, which raised serious concerns about its design and safety. It may be suitable for some light-duty applications, but based on my experience, I would not trust it for lifting a larger vehicle such as a Sprinter.

I received this order on Saturday October 8, 2026. I used it for the first time Monday October 10, 2026 and it did not perform to my expectations based on the advertisement hype. In fact, several things didn't work as you will see in the attached video. Maybe, I was operating it incorrectly but it just didn't do it's job. However, If I was operating the jack correctly, then I need a replacement jack (5 - ton) that works.

Received the product this week' Used it one time and the electric hydralic jack only went up. Had to use the allen wrench "release plug" to lower it. Light and air pump work, but not the jack. I'd like to start the return and refund process. Thank you Richard Scherer - rscherer46@gmail.com
