The item came on time. It was very easy to setup, minutes. My wife took it for a spin and she loves it. The constant sound is a bit much but will remove speaker wires, this will cause her to lose the horn but I am sure her voice is just a loud as the horn. The tires are decent, frame seems solid and the controller can be mounted on the left or right side. Again WOW!

It’s well built but a bit heavy more manageable worth battery removed power wise excelent battery good for whole day .This model reclines so if you have a long wait very comf. Wish headrest was easily removed for space reason not weight. The talking option is disabled just go to YouTube it then will only beep when backing up

Il est écrit dans la notice que l'ont peut changer la langue, je voulais mettre le français mais je me suis retrouvé avec de l'anglais ou du chinois, comment faire pour entendre du français quand je met la marche arrière???

SEUL problème c'est la livraison avec le joystick avec la langue en Anglais. et avec une notice en langue anglaise c'est la double peine.. merci de penser à remédier à ce problème Réf: fauteuil modèle JRWD6010....

We love the wheelchair and would have given it 5 stars except for the customer service. We cannot find out how to turn down volume or cut off the voice that plays when you use the wheelchair - it is very annoying. No help whatsoever from customer service except for the runaround.

I bought this chair so my shoulders get a break from the difficult task for moving my manual chair in out of the van. The ramp was just too steep. It is great for getting around and in and out of the van up to three times in a day. Once the power level drops below 5, you will need assistance getting up a steep ramp so don't plan on doing a lot of steep climbs each day. This could be corrected with a larger battery. One disappointing item was the headrest which was too low from my 6 foot tall body and it breaks easily. Vevor does not have a taller headrest so I had to make my own which is 6 inches taller. All-in-All though I am still quite happy with it.
