Andrew Good price and decent quality
I'm liking it so far. I like the fact that it's two 120v plugs. The grill works well.
One weird thing is that the power buttons are red and it looks like it's supposed to light up when turned on but no there is no light. So I have to touch the grill to know that it's actually turned on.

The press does it's but the hinges get loose pretty quickly. We've only had it a month and the hinges are already getting loose so the press don longer stays up. It falls down and is now a safety hazard as it drops pretty quickly and would burn someone hand/arm.

The top plates DO NOT stay up when heated/ which makes it very difficult to use. Haven’t even had this a month yet, and wish I didn’t have so much trouble with it. Also the plastic wrap was very hard to get off, so it looks horrible .

Before purchasing anything from this website, please ensure you check the size, shape, or weight of the product. The website’s exchange and refund process is incredibly cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a real hassle. Their customer service is absolutely terrible; they don’t solve your problems and instead try to avoid them. To top it off, I’m constantly bombarded with spam emails from the website. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.
