Right out of the package and the hydraulic cylinder would not hold pressure. I checked the oil level in the pump and it was sufficient for what I needed to do. After reporting this to the company they offered to have me ship it back to wherever it came from and wait for a replacement or refund approximately half the purchase price. I decided in the end to keep the defective tool as a reminder of where not to buy any of my tools in the future.

Used it once and the ram wouldn't retract submitted a warranty claim and was told they couldn't replace the part and offered me a 20 dollar credit. Which dose no good still have a brand new porta power that is useless but i ve got a 20 dollar credit i guess?

Un vérins que j ai utilisé que deux fois une belle boîte pour le prix c est intéressant mais qualité de travail pas top à déconseiller ou à éviter

La livraison à été rapide. Le colis était complet. Par contre le verin fuite dés sa première utlisation Il ne tiens même pas la pression du propre poids de mon bras. Autant dire que je doute sérieusement de sa qualité. J'ai fait une réclamation au service aprés vente il a trois jours échus Avec n° de commande et une vidéo. Et je n'ai toujour pas de retour de leur part.

O macaco nao esta a funcionar. O oleo esta ok eu tento trabalhar e nao tem forca e recolhe logo que deixo de bombear....com a torneira bem fechada. Nao estou nada satisfeito. A roda de aliviar a pressao vinha partida. Posso enviar video do problema . O meu mail é jorge_branco30@hotmail.com

Ordered the hydraulic jack, came completely damaged from shipping, hydraulic fluid leaked out all over. Immediately Contacted vevor with photos of damage. Requested a replacement, not refund bc we really wanted the product, Every email was met with “looking into it, will respond 48 hours. 1st response was an offer of $30usd, nope, 2nd offer $60usd, and said to @bring it somewhere to be fixed! again -no, last offer $90usd…No! At this point, no offer of replacement and with their bs reasons we finally demanded full refund having to remind them of their 30 day refund policy and threats of reporting them, All this bs back n forth wasted 3 weeks of our time! Would have loved to have tried the product but it’s their loss. Will never use them again!

Très déçue par mon expérience. Le produit m’a été vendu sans fonctionner, alors qu’il aurait dû être vérifié avant la vente. Aucune prise en charge de la réparation n’a été proposée, malgré un achat à 100 €. Le seul geste commercial proposé a été un dédommagement de 20 €, que je trouve insuffisant au regard du problème et sans aucune indication sur où faire réparer le produit. Le service client ne m’a donc pas apporté de solution satisfaisante. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du service ni du suivi après-vente et je ne recommanderai pas ce vendeur.

Bonjour, J'ai reçu la pompe qui ne fonctionne pas à sortie de l'emballage. J'ai déjà contacté plusieurs fois le service après vente qui m'ont confirmé l'envoi d'une nouvelle pompe. Cela fait plus 1 mois et toujours rien et pas possibilité d'avoir une personne au téléphone. Merci de faire le nécessaire rapidement. Cordialement.

Would not buy. Very cheap made and hard to pump and most of all it doesn’t work straight out of the box the ram leaks down and only works if there’s no weight on it. Very cheaply made.
