I ordered 2 packages. Vevor put the wrong address on one of them. It was delivered to the wrong address and when you try to talk with customer you can only text. When I was texting the customer service bot I asked it to compare my delivery address to the FedEx address on the package. It gave a nonsense response and told me to contact the shipper. FedEx said since Vevor put the wrong address on the package Vevor would have to contact them. It's impossible to communicate with Vevors customer service bots so I guess I'm going to lose my money. Won't ever use this worthless badly run company again. Chinese companies are a joke!!!

Absolute piece of junk. Don’t waste your money. Vent after first use. Vevor support told me to “bend it back” before using again.

First time used it bent like it was made of butter, lodges claim and had no responce, very poor product and even worse after sales service

I bought this product but its doesn't work I need my refund or replacement

I received the Porta Power. It looked good but it did not work. I contacted Vevor and after a few day and making me send them a video of the issue they told me I had to repair it and they offered $20 and a crappy video of how to get the metal filings out of the jack. I did the procedure and told them I wanted $40 for my time. I will not buy from them again.

I have not received the porta power as of now. 6/14/2025 I am not happy about this

Terrible company. They don’t deliver their products when they are supposed to be delivered, then lie about the details as if they’re that asinine to not know it has tracking. Then won’t refund your money when package is not accepted for being 4 days late. Would never do business with them again. Nothing but lying thieves.

The box wasent what was shown when purchased. The box that came was busted up and won't latch. Filed a complaint. They haven't sent me a new box
