Kevin Whitfield Unit leaking internal
I don’t recommend this ice maker. Noticing after a couple of weeks water all over the floors. Took pictures of the problem where inside the unit you could see where water continues to drip from drain pipe. Contacted customer service. They said it’s condensation. Not so sure about that. Customer service wants me to wrap drain pipe with a sponge. I’m not about to disassemble the ice maker. The unit damaged my hardwood floors in my kitchen. Could this be an hazardous electrical problem.

Tim Absolutely doesn't make as much ice as advertised
Either buy a better or bigger unit or expect 20 lbs in bin and 80 lbs daily at best. I would highly recommend you buy a bigger machine or brand. I bought pet the description and trust me not even close.

This ice makervstopped working properly as soon as we had our plumber install it. Emailed Vevor 3 times a day to get this icemaker fixed. They would not respond with any resolution. I sent them another email letting them know that I will be reporting them to the BBB and if no response for resolution, I will be filing a law suit.
Also, they were supposed to have credit me $110 for the wayer pump I or the plumber didnt know how to install. We just raised the machine higher so the water could drain.
Now 2 weeks later, they want me to return the ice maker and once they have it they will refund me. I have a hard time believing that I will get my full refund. Including shipping and product protection.
I will never buy anything from VEVOR again
Worst customer support ever.

COSTE Frédéric (SARL FREMATESS) Demande d'information
