It does NOT work. Brand new out of box and does not work. Got the 3 year warranty and it takes 48 hours for a technician to get back to you. Requested refund. Hopefully they don’t charge shipping for refund. But this seems like a scam. So they likely will. Highly recommend not buying this product. The cheap became very expensive. Have to keep buying ice for my bar. Had to pay a plumber to hook it up. Can’t order a new one from a reputable company because I don’t have enough space to have 2 ice machines. Waste of time and money. 100% wish o never ordered this product.

The unit came damaged with dents in the side and front panel. The unit has multiple leaks from inside the machine and covers the floor with water constantly.

Less than a week that we installed the machine it stopped making ice.

When it makes ice it is great. The problem is it doesn't make ice consistently. I have been fooling with this machine for a week now and have yet to make more than three batches of ice in a row. The water pump continually jams,(I bought the model supposedly capable of drawing from a water jug) mind you this is a brand new machine. I have contacted ...or at least attempted to contact Vevor for resolution and have yet to get one almost a week later. I started sending chat messages early this morning it is now 9:00 at night and have yet to have a chat message returned. I have even requested a refund and return ticket with no reply other that we'll have someone contact you within 48 hrs...NOPE didn't happen. Any phone number you find for the Vebor company is false, not in service, or for a completely different company. I truly thought this machine would save me money from purchasing ice for get togethers and fishing trips, so far all it has done is cost me money and time, a lot of time! If you are thinking of buying one these machines, run.... run as fast as you can to any other product, and any other company!

I assume the product is probably fine. This is more in regards to customer service. It appears the model we purchased does not support water bottle usage. I inquired multiple times about returning or exchanging it, but never got a response.

can not figure out how to even get it started making ice. not impressed. obviously wasted my money.

Worked a few weeks the quit. Sent videos to vevor as requested. They kept giving me the runaround. Never replaced it. Sayed they would return 99 dollars, didn't happen. Won't by from them again

When i plugged the ice maker in after making several trips to hardware store for the correct fitting to connect water the machine temperature read the ambient temperature in my shop and never cooled down to make ice. I tried reading the minimal instructions and spent an hour watching videos to adjust. Reaching out to devour is a pain they generally only respond once a night (China Time) so it took a week to trouble shoot and come up with the solution they would send me another and refund me half of the cost.....ok good. then next night they tell me that unit is not available and they are just going to issue a refund. Well ok. then i tell them it will cost me money to dispose of the unit at the dump so I ask for a discount code...long story short they won't do that and that took several more nights. I will no be purchasing things from vevor. I will also be telling my friends about this.

I purchased this ice maker in July because it was advertised as producing ice cubes measuring approximately 2.2 cm x 2.2 cm. Due to being away on holiday, I only had the opportunity to test it this weekend. Unfortunately, the product is a huge disappointment. The ice cubes produced are nowhere near the advertised size. In reality, they are extremely small, barely 1 cm x 1 cm, if that. They are also thin, poorly formed, and lack the density and solidity you would expect from a proper ice cube. As soon as they are added to water, juice, soft drinks, or any other beverage, they melt almost immediately without effectively cooling the drink. Instead of chilling beverages, they simply dilute them. I feel misled by the product description, which created expectations that are completely at odds with the actual performance of the machine. Had I known that the ice cubes would be this small and of such poor quality, I would never have bought it. I cannot recommend this product. Misleading advertising, poor performance, and a complete waste of money. I would like to return it but that the return windows is already closed!

It came with a damaged filter for bottle use and i have been asking for a replacement for over a month now. I even purchased a 3 yr warranty with it, but they dont want to abide by it. They treat their customers like shit. I will never purchase from them again and would like to warn every body else.
