Ne garde pas les glaçons au frais, ils fondent le jour même, la machine bug et fait déborder le réservoir. les glaçons sont solidement attachés entre eux et ne se cassent pas en tombant, il faut les "casser" à la pelle... J'ai remonté au service client qui répond par des phrases bateau et d'être patient.... autant dire : Service client inexistant ! Je déconseille fortement l'achat si vous tenez un commerce.

first off this item is a piece of junk! the pictures show that you can feed this ice maker with bottled water, that’s bull shit, you need an external pump, so I ordered it, then it’s not even producing ice, it’s just going through the cycle and not scan making ice. such a wast of money! do not purchase this machine!

JUNK. I CANNOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH!!!! I have been D!CKIN around with this thing for 2.5 hours. I got it to run 1 cycle. It ranis a ton of water straight through the drain. No support number. No support by the time i got off of work. Ai even said it has a clunky sequence of buttons to push. I thought Vevor brand was decent with decent prices. I have changed my mind now. So frustrated i will lay here awake thinking about it.
My letter to Vevor
"I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label for VEVOR ice maker model LB70TA-D. The unit arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA) with a severely defective control board and mechanical failures. The screen is permanently locked in internal technician loops (flashing P00, 21:51, and 21:58) and the touch sensors are completely non-responsive. Additionally, the water float switch is jammed, and the system is continuously dumping all incoming water directly out of the gravity drain rather than filling the reservoir. Please process this return immediately."
Plus, i bought the insurance for 3 years for it. Willi get that money back? Doubtful
