Do NOT waste your money on this company! I bought a brand new ice maker and it arrived completely dead. It doesn’t work at all!When I contacted their customer service, instead of replacing it or offering a refund, they actually told me to BUY spare parts and fix a brand new machine myself! This is pure fraud and robbery.I asked for a full refund and told them to come pick up their broken garbage, but they are ignoring me and trying to force close my ticket. Absolute scammers with zero shame. Save your money and buy from an honest business. You have been warned!

Got the ice machine installed and it broke within a week. The drainage pipe leaked onto the motherboard and fried it. I sent a support message to get told that I had to repair it, but the part was out of stock. Waited another 2 weeks for the new motherboard which just arrived broken. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY

La machine a glacon est censé pouvoir etre réglé de 15 a - 7. Donc de glacon epais a fin. Faisant très chaud j ai voulu des glacon epais pour be pas qu ils fondent rapidement donc machine réglé a 15. A la place de gla on, j ai eu des plaquettes difficile a séparer. Apres avoir baissé plusieurs fois, j ai contacté le sav. Qui m ont dit de réglé entre 0 et -2. Mais la encore a -2, il y a des plaquettes certes plus facile a casser. Mais aussi des glaçons qui fondent très vite. J ai recontacte le sav qui m ont dit que c etait comme ca et pas autrement.
Conclusion, c est une machine chere pour une très mauvaise qualité.
Vraiment decus par vevor, les promesses ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

Vevor is not honest with their product. They referenced it works with bottled water, this is not true as their customer support is well aware of. The unit is garbage and cannot be installed. Does not work. And Vevor has not provided any assistance. If you need an ice maker buy elsewhere

Malheureusement mauvaise experience: machine arrivée endommagée lié au transport et une partie de l'affichage (led) n'est pas fonctionnel,
A part discuter,demander des photos, et me demande de démonter les machine pour essayer de réparer moi même, aucune solution de proposée depuis 2 semaines par le service après vente et commercial de VEVOR.
Très déçu, je ne recommanderai pas
