No tienes ni 6 meses y la bomba de agua se ha averiado. Ya no funciona.

Absolut enttäuschend, nie wieder VEVOR! Die Eiswürfelmaschine funktioniert ständig nicht und ist für unseren gewerblichen Einsatz absolut unzuverlässig. Aktuell ist sie wieder seit über einer Woche außer Betrieb und wir müssen auf eigene Kosten Eiswürfel kaufen. Noch schlimmer ist der Kundenservice: praktisch nicht existent. Wir haben bereits mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen und jedes Mal wird uns gesagt, dass sich jemand bei uns melden wird. Es passiert einfach nichts. Wir warten seit Wochen auf eine vernünftige Lösung. Wir haben für diese Maschine bezahlt und zusätzlich eine Garantie. Trotzdem bekommen wir weder eine schnelle Reparatur noch einen vernünftigen Service. Was bringt eine Garantie, wenn sich im Schadensfall niemand kümmert? Für ein Unternehmen, das auf diese Maschine angewiesen ist, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Produkt und insbesondere mit dem Kundenservice.

Kann ich nicht empfehlen, nach einem Jahr Defekt.

Diese Maschine wurde uns nie zugestellt, wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Bezahlt aber nie Erhalten, Betrug.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NO # TO CALL. AND THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP. IT DOESNT MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT IS IF THE COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. CANT EVEN POWER UP THE UNIT. THEY INSIST ON ME PROVIDING THE ORDER # BEFORE THE WILL HELP. I SENT THEM THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WHICH SHOWS WHEN AND HOW IT WAS PAYED AND IDENTIFIES THE PRODUCT PRICE I PAID AND COMPANY NAME. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUR THE ORDER NUMBER FROM THAT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A $600.00 PAPPER WEIGHT AS WELL.

Nach nicht einmal 2 Monaten kommen Fehlercodesund die Maschine produziert kein Eis mehr

I was very impressed on how fast the shipping was, machine was packaged very well. I hooked the machine turned it on, water started filling reservoir, timer on control did its count done, but the water never chilled. Machine went into harvest mode cube plate got very hot , then went through its cycles like it should only the cube plate never gets cold. I had to text customer support because the had no phone service. After taking video and pics on what it was doing and waiting for their service tech to access what was wrong, they decided it would have to be on site repair. I offered to do the repairs if they sent the parts, no response from customer service and then they emailed me that I had not responded to them and they were going to close the ticket. So I asked for them to fix it , replace it, or refund my purchases they finally decided to refund my purchase I sent the machine back they provided a fedex shipment label. Then wait for them to receive it back and refund my purchase. I paid through PayPal Pal , so now I have to hurry up and wait some more! So over a month has passed ihave notice from PayPal that the funds will be available after the 7th of July! I just ordered another ice machine hopefully I won’t have any regrets! Hope this helps someone.

The thing came damaged. I had shipping protection. They tried to give me $30. It does not deduce 100lbs a day. The compartment doesn’t hold 30lbs of ice either. A full container holds about 2-1b bags. Sometime the pressure switch where the water fills doesn’t shut the inflow off. 3/10 stars. I’ll be surprised if it lasts a year. Do not waste your money
