Worked right out of the box. Easy to install and maintain.

The Ice Machine is very nice and works as advertised. The only complaint i have is with the shipping Co. The delivery driver arrived at my location at 4:30pm and could not locate the item on his truck. The driver spoke very little english and could read even less. He apologized for it not being on his truck and left. Come to find out. They delivered my ice machine to a different address in a adjacent city to mine at a private residence. Delivery was supposed to be at my business. The person who's house it was left at called me and informed that it was outside of his house and he was afraid it would get damaged, as we were expecting a bad Ice storm tha night. I had to go on a 2hr round trip to retrieve it on a late Friday Evening. I would suggest that Vevor not use this shipping company again.

The PERFECT ice machine for my cafe. Super easy to function. We never run out of ice anymore. Features are easy to read and function on how thick or thin you want your ice made. This machine was worth every penny spent on it. 10/10 recommended to everyone

I was impressed with the unit upon 1st use. Didn't like having to break up ice at 1st but not really a issue when you are icing down wild game everyday. Convenience of not going to store nipped that quicky. The instructions book needs some tweaking. Trial and error pushing buttons was a easier to figure unit out than going by the manual. There was dents in machine when it arrived .(cosmetic)I followed protocol and vevor credited my account with a agreed upon amount for damages. They were very apologetic and responded quickly. I prefer to talk to a rep but settled for the email chat. I would recommend this product with confidence at this point. (Had it 3 weeks so far) The bin will roughly hold 2 - 5 gallon buckets of ice. It does produce ice fast . We emptied machine into coolers each night and it was full the next morning. Machine did not come with filter so there's extra $ expense there. Lowe's had everything we needed . Hope this helps your decision I would buy again Mike (TEXAS)
