This is my second ice machine this size from vevor. The components of the machine are mre convenient to use and function better. The water valve and storage tray are much easier to clean. Access door works better. My only complaint is the compressor and fan make more noise than older one. I wood recommend to anyone. Great machine for price!

I've had the machine for a month and I am quite happy. It was easy to provide water and a drain. It makes ice shockingly quick - an ice sheet every 15 minutes or less (depending on the temperature where you keep the machine). I've not tried adjusting ice thickness because I am happy with the default thickness. It took a while to figure out how to make it automatically stop making ice because it fills up quite high relative to the door. When we scoop out ice some ends up on the floor because it is so full. We often lean the scoop on the flipper to keep it from making too much ice. I have not been able to figure out how the timer works. I was hoping it would allow me to time ice making so I could slow down the production. However, too much ice is not something I am going to complain about. Overall very happy headed into the summer with more ice that I can use!

A nice size, quick to produce ice, easy to operate so alls well after one month. Still hoping it lasts the 20 years as the Manitowoc it replaced.

I like the ice machine. Good value for the money. Pros - Lightweight, easy to install, compact size, with 33 lb icebox cons - The door doesn't provide much insulation and I don't like how the ice comes off joined together and stays that way. Good option for a new machine.

This is a good machine. It works well but some noice from the stainless steel sheets that the cover is made of. Been running basically 24/7 since I purchased it. Some restarts needed as it turns off it it has not seen any activity for a longer duration of time.

Too much plastic. The door came off the tracks. I had to unscrew/take off the right handed bracket and reinstall the door. No biggie for me. Love the machine works great The ice panels are mostly solid. I have to break them up so I can bag them. Does anyone know of an ice funnel or schute to make it easier to shovel the ice into. Overall perfect for me at retirement

Terrible. Unit stopped working after one week of use. After contacting support, we provided all of the requested pictures and proof that the unit was faulty. We paid over $400 for the unit and were offered a refund of $118 and told we could keep the faulty unit. Thanks Vevor! That just means we now have to find a way to dispose of a bulky unit that doesn't work. It takes days for technical support to respond every time there is a correspondence. Do not buy. Vevor support is the WORST EVER> I would give 0 stars if I could.

La machine a glacon ne fonctionne plus !!! Les glaçons ne tombent pas du bac et reste coller au bac en acier donc plus de glaçon .. A 250 euro la machine elle n'a fait qu'un seul été je trouve que c'est honteux ...
