I purchased this coffee urn in which I’ve used several times for catering and making a hot chocolate bar and I am very impressed. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and the water heats up fairly quickly. Definitely glad I brought this product!

No sounds, easy to use, but … broken after 2 months use.

We purchased two of these coffee makers. One is better than the other. There may be a quality control issue here. Construction of both coffee makers is okay but on the flimsy side. All of the materials are on the thin side. The stem and basket are especially made from very thin material. The base of the stem does not fit very well in the "well" in the center of bottom of one of the coffee makers. It's a struggle to make sure the stem is well seated. If it's not, very little water flows up the center of the stem and the grounds end up mostly dry, resulting in very weak watery coffee. The fit of other coffee maker is not quite as bad and we seem to have greater success making coffee in the second coffee maker.
