Francis Works really well, beware it s big !
It works really well. Do not put too much water in it, you will not need as much as you think. It's better to start it off maybe an hour or more before you needed it, since it is big it takes a bit of time to warm the water. I have used it for a christmas party ( around 80 persons ) and it was so awesome to used, everyone was fed in 30 minutes !
The screws for the glass fell off thought, wish it was a regular nut so that I could really tight it.
This is the only real issue I had.
Definitely recommended.

Stopped working. You will never get a response from customer service—they simply don't respond. It's impossible to get through by phone or contact anyone for assistance. They even asked me to disassemble a product that is still under warranty. Absolutely terrible company and even worse customer service. I would not recommend them.

Unhappy with this food warmer, the stand by light does not work, the food is warmer at the end where the heating element is, when slow we move food pans around to make sure food is evenly warm. WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS WARMER.
