Bought this product for a 2024 jeep grand Cherokee L. Won’t match up with crossbars so won’t attach to top. Just not compatible with the jeep’s configuration of the crossbars. Looks nice but not for me.

I received the rack with some hits on it. Overall it's ok and i don't know if i would buy it again. Poor quality control before shipping and not very clear shipping details.

The price was attractive, asembly was simple, and I liked the large size and lightweight construction, but some of the pieces are flimsy. The nuts that secure the U bolts dod not seat snugly in 3 of the knobs and would slip out if you weren't careful. I spent about an hour getting everything lined up and snugged down evenly on my CX-30 and it looks great, but it's incredibly noisy at 35mph it starts to whistle like a tea kettle and over 65 it starts to vibrate. The manual says to keep speed below 80km/h which simply isn't possible if you're driving on North American roads and there's no mention of that restriction anywhere in the product description - you would only know that information if you had already purchased and opened the package. Maybe its quieter and more stable when loaded, but the installation and removal takes too much time for me to only put it on when I need it.

The cargo rack mounting points are too wide for the OEM crossbars on my Subaru Ascent and cannot be safely tightened. Had to make a trip to the store anyway where top speed was 40mph so I figured it would be ok. The wind noise started at 35mpg and was horrific! My basket cargo rack I was replacing was MUCH quieter. The quality and fit of the MANY parts you must assemble actually wasn't too bad. There were some plastic connectors where I would expect aluminum to be used, but I guess not at this price. In retrospect, it appears the prior reviews shown for this rack are fake or AI generated as they each parrot features listed in the product description and nothing more. I do not recommend this rack. I am in the process of requesting a refund from Vevor.
