La expectativa de VEVOR y el producto excelente. Pero el servicio de mensajería Nefasto. Directamente no lo entregan y lo dejan en un punto de recogida. La excusa de que no hay nadie no existe en mi caso. Siempre hay gente. Pero claro, le es más cómodo soltar todos los paquetes en un punto de recogida y ya que los clientes se busquen la vida. Yo contrato un servicio a puerta. Espero que puedan solucionar esto porque os incide en la calidad del servicio. Saludetes

En la caja venían dos laterales iguales en vez de uno derecho y uno izquierdo y las ruedas son de baja calidad, con respecto al apoya pies el hecho que sea uno para los dos pies lo hace muy incómodo al momento de tener que levantárselos a una persona con movilidad reducida, deberían ser dos separados uno para cada pie. Por lo demás la calidad de los materiales en general es buena y el montaje sencillo.

Wir wollten die 5 Stühle zurücksenden, da die Reinigung über unsere Fäkalienspüle nicht funktionierte. Nach langem hin und her bat man uns einen Preisnachlass an. Den wir akzeptierten, da unsere Hausmeister eine Lösung gefunden haben. Leider ist das auch schon einige Zeit her. Ich musste mehrfach mit Klarna telefonieren, man bekommt auch immer die gleiche e-Mail. Wir erwarten eine neue Rechnung oder eine Gutschrift. Das Produkt ist ok, der Service allerdings sehr schlecht. Alles über E-Mail. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit per Telefon das Problem zu lösen. Bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Bearbeitung.

The one pedal chair is NOT as described. Although the description is the same online it is VERY different. It is NOT adjustable, it is only good for a rolling commode which is pointless, for our use anyway. There is no one answering the customer service number and the chat cant answer my questions, I cant even fill out the return request form. This is an issue

The foot brakes are excessively tight and cannot be engaged by foot. Even when we apply force using our hands, two of the wheels still do not lock. We requested replacement of only the two defective wheels, but this request was rejected. Instead, we were told that we had not applied sufficient pressure to the brake pedal. Frankly, if the brakes cannot be locked even when pressed by hand, it is unreasonable to expect them to be locked by foot. This response is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
