Well made and work great

I recieved this item and built it no problem at all, instructions were fine and it went together as expected apart from the Weight bearing arm which took a bit of hammering to get the pin in to secure it in place. After fitting this the arm didn't move freely at all. I got in touch with support who were excellent. It took a while to resolve but the machine was useable until then, they sent out a replacement bushing which when replaced fixed the issue! This is a really good piece of kit and i am a 6 ft 6 man and it works great for me! Would recommend!

A ver …

I ordered this set up, and it did not come with all the parts! I’d love to use this machine but I can’t assemble it because I did not receive everything I paid for! And every person I talk to about this from customer service tells me the same thing..”I should receive a response in 2 days”…. I PAID FOR THIS AND I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF IT!!!!!

I have always liked Vevor and have never had any problems. I recently ordered the leg extension/curl machine and it came with a defective piece. I have reached out numerous times asking for a replacement piece and was told that I would receive one but a tracking number was never provided. I got tired of waiting and requested a full refund and magically I was told the piece arrived at a warehouse near me. Still no proof so I keep asking for a refund. Each time they responded with trying to give me way less money than what I paid for the equipment.. After the third time of asking for my full refund they offer a refund that is close enough to what I paid. Seeing how this whole thing has been playing out so far I'm not sure if they are actually going to give me my money back or will it be another long period of waiting and them saying my refund is on its way. If I receive my refund then I will update this review to confurm it. If I don't receive it then my review will stay the same. If you choose to purchase anything from Vevor just hope you receive equipment that has no issues because you might not get your refund.
