I had a slight failure of one of the ties used to hold the cover onto the frame and contacted Vevor about it, as it had caused the tarp to tear at a corner. I can say that the Vevor customer service was very prompt, attentive and professional in handling my concern. I purchased a greenhouse similar to this in the spring, and 2 months later it was falling apart. So I purchased this one from Vevor, and it is as different as night and day. So much easier to put together, stronger material, and it looks great. If you buy anything other than Vevor you will truly be disappointed.
