Mine didn't stand in 50km winds. It ripped on all 4 corners. Just 1 week after inatall

Love the greenhouse, but customer service is nonexistent. No possible way to contact them, no way to get more info, no way to complete the project. The order itself was a breeze, delivery was on time. Just tremendously unsatisfied with the absolute lack of customer support. Did I mention there is zero customer support?

Missing half the bolts and nuts

Missing hardware and it leaks. The box was in rough shape, but sealed. The hardware bag was open, so I had the impression it might have been a returned item and I was worried about missing parts. Sure enough there were missing nuts and bolts. I ended up purchasing enough to make do and I'll return those I didn't need. I bought a smaller version of this tunnel greenhouse a few years ago and it has seemed pretty good. It's more sturdy being smaller and I installed it under a balcony so it's protected somewhat. It doesn't leak. It's possible the water inside this one is condensation, which doesn't make sense to me given the temperatures. When I touch the surface inside, it's completely wet which is why I think it's possibly condensation. If I were using it for plants, I wouldn't worry, but I had hoped to store things inside until I have enough to afford hiring a truck to donate them. For now I'll just leave it standing and see how it goes since I'm an 80 year old woman and it dook quite a bit of time to assemble it.

For what it is, its worth the money. Lasted me 2 years. The instructions are terrible but common sense will tell you how to put it together with the pictures. Will probably get another one for this year. Would have probably lasted longer if a storm hadnt hit it.

Purchased a new 15'x6.5'x7' greenhouse in October 2026. This greenhouse is constructed with aluminun poles that pinch together if screwed too tightly. One of the short screws snapped in half when uncrewing. The arches were impossible to get perfectly straight. The aluminum is not structurally sound for this large of a greenhouse and the greenhouse doesn't sit squarley even if adjusted. In 2022, I bought a Vevor 12'x7'x7' greenhouse. It had galvanized steel poles and was very sturdy. A neighbor's tree landed on it in a wind storm. It slightly bent the frame and was still usable. Vevor's change from a galvanized steel frame to an aluminum frame was a poor decision. I won't purchase another.

The zippers on these greenhouses are garbage they fall apart they pull apart real fast of course with only only being $150 it's pretty good I'm going to make a wall out of wood on the inside with a door and so I'm going to bypass all the zipper stuff

You get what you pay for. The zippers for the door went first, then the cloth tie-backs for the window plastic. And don't skimp on tie-downs. A medium wind can carry it away. That said, the basic structure is solid. I am in my third year, having replaced the original plastic with greenhouse plastic, added rigid doors and roll-up sides. The cost was worth it just to get the fitted metal tubing.

Honestly, the cover is fragile. I've already had a stick go through it, and the frame- we tried to move the greenhouse the other day, and the frame broke... very disappointing.

It's a great greenhouse dor the price. We found the man door does not fit and does not close so stick to the roll up door. Absolutely use sandbags all around and tie down the top with ropes! Any little wind will lift the whole thing! Keep the windows and door closed in stronger winds. There needs to be more frame ties inside, 1 in each corner is not enough, and 1 tie down on the outside of each corner doesn't suffice either! The door latch is a joke so we just tie it shut. Other than these problems and we're glad we purchased the 5 year "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" Warranty we're happy with it. Will post photos & video later if allowed
