The box arrived damaged and many of the pieces inside had deep scratches.

Acheté il y a quelques mois le toit 105’’. Il fait la banane au centre alors que tout est au niveau. Derrière ça va tout est au niveau mais devant il fait la banane du à un manque de braquette au centre.

Rusted within a month. Cheap and this company is horrible. They do not back their products even when issues occurs within manufactured limited warranty. Horrible

Me gustaría poder opinar pero no puedo xq la caja llego golpeada y se ve q en el viaje se perdieron dos piezas q nunca llegaron y no pude montar mi todo reclame mil veces me mandase las dos piezas o uno nuevo y nada me quede sin saber si cumplía mis espectativas..

cheap material and the anchors were unusable and didn't work so i had to get my own tools to get it mounted properly. extremely frustrating. turned a 30 minute job into 3 hours.

Zero customer service on a missing part. If you are going to sell products to United States citizens, you might want to plan on providing missing parts. Rent a warehouse or build a storage building in the country that you "serve" and keep ALL of the needed parts for your awnings there. I spent WEEKS on a ridiculous email chain and was finally told that the missing "Part F" required an on-site remedy. I called the ONLY store for VEVOR in the United States. It is located in Texas which is over 1000 miles away from my home. No human answered the phone even after five calls. The voicemail was full and could not accept any messages. The only TINY bright spot in this whole debacle was the fact that VEVOR refunded me for the defective awning package. I will NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from VEVOR!

Worst customer service. Unable to communicate effectively with Vevor representatives and it's shipping & handling departments. Carrier and vevor do not aligned in their delivery processes.

I ordered 2 awnings both had damage but beyond the damage the colors aren’t the same even within the same package.

I never installed the awning upon reading the directions and finding out the it doesn't handle wind very well. It's useless where we live.

We ordered 2ea 56”x24” metal awnings, we installed the 1st one no problem other than we thought it looked too narrow? We then opened the 2nd one to install and notice it was a foot wider and actually the correct window awning we ordered, they charged us for 2 of the wider units but sent 1 correct and 1 smaller (44” wide) incorrect but charged us for both of the wider units. We like the items and want to order more but are concerned we may get the wrong size again. BOTH boxes were factory sealed and not opened and re sealed. PS: 54” awnings have 5 panels, 44” only have 4 panels.
