This ice maker works perfectly but it is LOUD! I would not buy again. We can hear it from other rooms of the house. It drains well. We always have ice but it is loud. I can’t say it enough how loud it is.

Inexpensive ice maker. Seems pretty durable. For some reason, the ice melts very very quickly. Also, there is not good cutting function so a lot of the time, the ice stays in one big chunk until it melts in the bin.

Great machine which makes a lot of good quality ice. However, there is no drain pump system included with the initial purchase. Gravity drain only. Will not do under your kitchen counter unless you can plumb or add a drain system.

So far, I am highly disappointed. I buy Vevor products a lot, everything from tie-down straps to a two post auto lift. This ice maker leaked from the beginning. Customer service is only buy email. I am now two weeks in and no resolution. This may be my last Vevor product.

Hard to say as we can not use it due to it not having a proper way to drain the water. Contacted support and I have to buy a drain pump but they do not have them in.

Worst customer service ever we purchased a $780 ice machine. It stopped working after three weeks. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the last six weeks and have received no help from this company at all. Do not recommend purchasing from them. We will never purchase from them again.

We received this ice maker June 13, 2025. On May 1st, 2026 the ice bucket was full of melted ice and the unit was no longer holding freezing temperatures. We turned it off and let it completely thaw for 48 hours. We turned the unit on and it made one more rotation of very small cubes of ice and has not produced anymore ice. The unit gets up to freezing temperatures and stays there, but no ice is made. On May 10th, 2026 we replaced the water filter in hopes that would fix the issue, thinking it had a clog or something. We checked the line and it flowed freely, so no clogs. It still doesn't produce any ice even though the unit is freezing. We are currently buying ice to put in our $600 plus ice bucket, as that is all it is good for now. It has barely been 11 months and the ice maker is broken. We bought this because we have a Samsung refrigerator and they are notorious for ice maker failure. After replacing 4 ice makers in it over the course of 3 years, we broke down and bought this unit. And now the same thing with this unit. What is the deal with ice makers not even lasting a year!?

Unit stopped working already. The lights stopped working inside months ago. Sent a notice to the seller. No response or resolution to fix it. Now the who unit just blew up. Not worth tge investment. Hopefully someone from vevor will help me get a replacement.

The unit is so loud I had to stop using it. It is an office type setting. People with offices within 50 feet of the ice machine had to shut their office doors to be able to to do their work. The ice was great but if I can’t even leave it plugged in then it is basically useless to me. I paid over $1300 and can not even use it to enjoy a cold drink. I definitely would not rectthis to anyone.

While the machine made ice, the cooler area would not cool below 78 degrees. I am trying to return this ice machine
