Great Hardware, easy enough to follow directions. The one thing that gave me a headache was converting all the metric to Imperial.

The instruction are good but incomplete in places. Every part needs to be discussed and measurements given for placement. As well the building support group was very unhelpful.

Buono

Ordered a vertical flip Murphy bed kit but received a side flip kit. Raised a ticket and found customer support very poor. No solution just said it was the right order delivered

Issues witI’m facing the same problem as a previous buyer: no one checks if the parts actually work. I received the gas struts, and they are seized. I’ve already ordered the materials for the bed, only to find out now that the struts don't work.h stuck shock absorbers; they won't move even a single centimeter.

Ogólna ocena to 2 bo wysiłek włożony w napisanie instrukcji to porażka.

Quality of product is great but maybe not quality control: our gas springs are contracting from the wrong end and inly compress about 2 inches. This problem was brought up to Vevor with a video showing the defect and they have yet to do anything about it.

Worst directions i have ever dealt with.

I purchased this bed kit and was really happy with the kit and price point. The instructions came in metric measurements but to my relief the company very quickly emailed me back a new instruction pack converted to inches. That being said I built the bed with the kit provided and it’s not as strong as I’d like unfortunately. Will still work but I’d be afraid to let my larger guests sleep on it
