Hello, I received the mini pancake machine, but unfortunately it is not the model I ordered. The machine I wanted has a space in the top lid that allows the mini pancakes to rise and grow while cooking. The machine I received has a flat top that presses the pancakes down, which is not what I wanted.
I am not satisfied with this machine because it is different from the one I ordered. I would like to know how I can return it and receive the correct model. Please let me know how we can resolve this.
Also, the machine shown in the product listing is different from the one I received. The pictures show a machine with a top lid that has enough space for the mini pancakes to rise, but the machine I received has a flat lid that presses them down. This is not the product shown in the listing.

Crepiere 3000 watt, je ne sais pas si elle a un défaut mais des qu elle se met en chauffe elle fait beaucoup de bruit, les crêpes ne cuisent pas uniformément je pense que la résistance n est pas assez grande et les crêpes sont bizarre comme si elle seché ça fait de la brisure. Sur mon autre crêpière acheté ailleurs c est beaucoup mieux en terme de qualité, j ia voulu essayer car j en ai une double très lourde d une autre marque mais chez vevor c était moins cher. Mais les crêpes ne sortent pas bien étant professionnel je ne pourrai pas m en servir. Notice en anglais
