L axe s est désolidarisé durant l extraction et la bille est sortie de son logement, j ai dû retirer les 80kg de miel et remettre la bille.

Attention. Avant d'effecteur votre achat. Service client qui n'assume pas les défauts de son matériel. Le descriptif du produit est mensonger. Le matériel n'est absolument pas prémuni contre la rouille. Nous n'avons jamais appliqué d'eau sur ces éléments. Produit acheté il y a 6 mois seulement ! Vevor ne veut pas faire marcher la garantie.

Der Schläuder wackelt viel. Zusätzlich bleibt viel Honig in den Waben. Nur für Imker, die weniege Volker haben und wenig ausgeben wollen. Es ist eine machine die wenig kostet und die Leistung is auch nicht hoch. Langfriestig kein guter Kauf.

Item arrived damaged, the and out of shape. This was the result of poor packaging and an overall low quality build. The stainless drum has a rim but no reinforcement in the middle. With the thin steel used it should have an additional reinforcement. The three legs are also very flimsy and certainly need to be screwed down not just to prevent it from moving around while spinning but also prevent the drum from flexing. The two viewing windows each operate seperate safety switches which is a nice feature. The cradle / cage is well constructed and should serve well. The updated version of the drum has the spout on the bottom instead of the side so there’s less waste, I’ve only seen that drum in the hand operated model. I am waiting for Vevor to send a replacement and will update accordingly

Bought this late July. Just used this for the first time today. Would not run unless I held the 2 door switch’s on so it would run. Ran for about 4 or 5 minutes and the power light went out. Stopped running. I beat on the switch plate w my knuckles and light came on. It went back to running,briefly. Kept having to bang on it to keep it running. Finally it quit altogether. Did not get all our frames spun. Very disappointed w this 260 dollar extractor. Should have bought a manual one. My wife is highly disappointed. Not a pleasant first time extraction and will loose our honey. I’m catching hell for trying to use this company product. 2nd purchase from VEVOR w the same results. They did refund me for the weed eater that never ran.

Used for 2 years with 1 hive, so not much use. Started this season Summer 2026 and 2 of the legs broke at the welds. I know the warranty is over but I contacted customer servive to see if I could buy 2 new legs or get a whole new set. 2 weeks go by and several non descriptive emails about how they are looking into it and finally an email saying "case closed" I never heard back and I dont have a machine that works properly. Customer service is horrible, up there with Comcast. I will never buy anything from this company again as the quality is poor if 2 welds break after 2 years of light use and they cannot even reply with a yes you can buy or a no, we cannot sell separate legs.

Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits du produit, mais les deux plexiglas du dessus sont arrivés abîmées dû à l usinage
