Very good and easy to use

I like the bigger hopper and not having to reload every couple of cranks. I had a much smaller stuffer previously. Seems well made however as I've read elsewhere it could have some potentially sharp edges if you're not careful. Another concern I have is the fact that you're left with sausage stuck in hopper with no way to stuff. Suggestions
