The unit started out great. I followed the priming instructions for the pump and when i did the three taps on the power button it ran good. The thermostatsmalfunction the next day and when the heater was in the turn off phase it showed A PP which indicates prime pump on the thermostat . It went hay wire smoke was pouring out of the unit because the glow plugs were on when it was turning off. The fan stopped and smoke was every.where. Didn’t even have it for a week and I’m very disappointed. I’m not sending back I am keeping it a reminder to not be cheap and not buy cheap stuff. This thing didn’t do a good job.

Was so excited to receive heater. However I got it fueled it up with diesel plugged in to 110 then went to hook exhaust hose up and it wasn't in box neither was the silencer. The black heater hose was missing as well. I still tried it seems to work but rather frustrated by missing half the parts

Not happy only had my heater for a couple weeks and the fuel pump went I have been trying everything to get ahold of someone to get the parts or have it serviced under my extended warranty but to no avail can't reach anyone wtf terrible customer service all I want is a damn fuel pump so I don't freeze I have bought 3 heaters from vevor directly wtf can someone help me

Order # 25112000944218093955 No power to the unit. Walking though troubleshooting process for days. Have called, emailed and sent pics Request #2908900 - This is supposedly an amazing heater -- cant wait to test it out.. Paid extra for external tank - but for now Its completely not functional until we figure out the short... Not a happy camper today out here in the cold.

Heater was working great then the fan quit working now I am trying to get parts to get it working it needs a new fan controller the fan controller also controls the operation of the heater working with warrant department for parts

This unit ran when first installed, however haven’t been able to get it started again. Very frustrating trying to get help This unit was my second purchase, so I’m very disappointed in its performance

Junk heater quit working took apart to clean everything that is supposed to be clean and still doesn’t work

I purchased the Vevor heater expecting reliable and consistent warmth, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. The unit often fails to ignite or maintain heat, the temperature fluctuates unpredictably, and the thermostat offers little to no regulation. Build quality feels cheap, with rattling parts and misaligned components, making the heater unreliable even in a small space. What made matters worse was the complete lack of effective customer support. Emails and service tickets went unanswered or offered generic, unhelpful advice. The manual is minimal and doesn’t cover troubleshooting beyond the basics. For a product at this price, I expected either a functional unit or real support — I received neither. I cannot recommend this heater.

For a VIVO suitcase diesel heater on January 26 and it was shipped out within a couple of days and it’s been sitting in New Jersey for over a week and the last location is at the terminal just miles from the delivery point and it’s been there four days and I still haven’t gotten my order. I am so disappointed in this company’s delivery service. I wouldn’t even give them one star . I just pray that when this unit comes I don’t have to send it back. I hope that it works. I’ve been looking so forward to it in this cold northeastern weather what a joke this company has become they gave me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which is far from enough.

Never received the item. Tracking says it is delivered but never got it. Still waiting for a refund.
