C'est notre deuxième bulle en 2 ans . Le cristal n'a pas résisté au soleil en 1 année . Nous avons énormément insister pour commander
juste un cristal car la structure était encore très bien mais impossible d'avoir cette pièce détachée . Nous avons pu négocier une remise de 150 euros pour racheter une . nous venons de l'installer . En espérant qu'elle tiendra mieux au UV .
A part cela, nous sommes satisfaits du rendu du produit . ( Pour Jacuzzi)

After the purchase, some charge were added to my credit card, I emaoled to Vevor asking about these additional charges.... Never got any reply or explanation about additionals charges creditesd to my credit card without my approval

Run far far away from Vevor. Their customer service is an absolute abomination. The order protection you pay extra for is a scam. I placed my order 2/18 was told my order shipped 2/19 with it expected 2/22. Tracking continued to say carrier waiting on package only to never arrive. Vevor made every excuse under the sun. From day to day or even conversation to conversation the information customer service provided differed. I ordered because of the great reviews. I find an actual honest review is in order after the horrendous experience I had. When people invest their hard earned money and into something so expensive they deserve quality, reliable service with integrity and you wont find that here.
