Received product with no box damage. One of the metal tubes was bent so I could not push support together. Simple fix is send me a new support. Chat line gave me a hard time for no picture. Phone was not working and could not supply picture. Will have to have someone fix it if possible. Oh by the way, I pain for the protection plan for lost or damaged item. So that's just a scam !!

Got this to keep my snowblower close to the house. Does the job. I find the material thinner than I expected. Overall ok an should last me a few seasons.

Tent is not as big as the photo suggests. 2 bikes cannot fit as shown in the photo and would be difficult in the opposite direction. The dual door is useless unless the tent is set up in the middle of the lawn. Zippers are poor quality.

After the first one the tent blew away and ripped up

the pole broke soon after I put it up. I have tried to contact the company without success and tried to put a request in but without success. Please company contact me so I can sort it out. Thank you

We bought a tent a few months ago and unfortunately, it doesn't fulfill its main function. We were supposed to store garden furniture and bikes in it. Unfortunately, water is everywhere.
