The pergola is great so far, but go by the metric measurements. I trimmed the legs to fit our space assuming it was 8 feet (96”) like the picture said, but it’s only 7’6” (90”). Other than that, great product.

As cheaply as this thing is made, you would think they could afford to provide a complete kit. Mine was short one small roller/hanger for the canopy and customer service is giving me a runaround about replacing it.

I bought a pergola from vevor on April 28 and when the product came the quality and the specs were not as advertised. I tried to return it within legal date providing supporting documents and pictures. Vevor refused to take it back and make a refund. I put a legal complaint to bc consumer act and started a dispute with my bank through my credit card. Strongly suggest you not to take the risk with the vendor!!!

Was missing one part. Luckily I don’t throw away certain things. Used something in its place. The insert to one of the top beams was missing. I had a piece of metal that I could drill a hole but it did kind of make it little off but not that noticeable. Wasn’t worth the hassle of complaining or sending it back/

Overall decent. Lightweight yet fairly sturdy. Easy to assemble. However the area that acts as the cover when the canopy is closed collects so much water that it pools and stretches the fabric. Almost impossible to drain after even a little bit of rain

I do not know what the problem is with getting missing parts from vevor. Even though they gave me a partial refund for the missing parts, I would like to know why they could not go to the user manual and look up the parts s I did and send them. Are they too big of an operation to do that or what. I have ordered other items from vevor, with no problems. I just do not understand why this pergola was a problem.

Cheap materials, pain to put up as the instructions were useless . We will see how long she lasts…..

The design is stylish. Love the canopy. However it's paper thin aluminum. Would not buy if I knew just how thin the aluminum is. One good wind would probably fold it like a drink can.

Although reasonable price and looks nice with the additional decorative features, it was still a big purchase for us brought for a special family occasion, but the after sale service has been so poor we have given up trying now to resolve our issue. We were missing some of the decorative parts, sent emails, part numbers, photos, many times to Vevor but just keep getting emails back saying we haven't replied. Even the on line chat got us nowhere. There is no phone number to actually call and speak to someone - of course there isn't. So really disappointed in the Company. It's a poor way to treat your customers, but what's the point of continuing trying to get our missing parts.

Attractive, sturdy, arrived in good shape. Instructions are fairly good but some of the drawings are a little vague. Definitely a 2 person job to put together. Detatching the canopy for the winter will be a bit of a pain and will take 2 people, but doable.Overall, pleased.
