Terrible quality. Leaks water within the 2 weeks of purchasing it. Customer service is terrible to communicate with. They answer you generic answers and are not personable to your issue. They make you jump through so many obsticles just to get an understanding of what your issue is
They are definitely using AI customer service.

0 stars - they refuse to warranty their items, have tried for weeks to have two items replaced as I have paid for the extended warranty and they refuse to acknowledge and ship the replacement items to me. I am so disappointed in this company, they have good products just are very poor for following up when something goes wrong. There is no phone number to contact them and speak to a real person, only email communication. My business requires these items and they are basically refusing to ship the items at this point due to lack of communication.

Master Miyagi Didn’t last a full day!
This unit was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go there to pick it up. Tracking is terrible and the couriers they use in Australia is the cheapest and nastiest network available. This unit had a fatal defect that saw it last less than ten hours of use. I will be returning it for a refund. I’ve bought from Vevor before and had some issues, but none that were as useless as this unit.
