Didnt come with a plug, so now I have to figure out how to connect it to the truck....also doesnt stop on its own....once its all the way up or down it will continue to crank and grind so you have to baby sit it while in operation.

Craig Great jack, appears to have been used/damaged
The Jack came quick , and works great but the plastic was scratched and 2 of the screw holes holding it onto the body were crack and appear to have been over tightened. The body of the jack was scratched but the packaging was normal and didn’t appear to have been damaged during shipping. I would have returned but had to make do with it and didn’t have time to return it. The jack itself operates very smoothly and is a great addition to my trailer

DOA Installed and was DOA nothing works, fuse good Unit No Good

Unit arrived, earlier, installed today 3/1/26 and no good, no power, fuse good . Maybe why it was 114.00. Cannot give it a review as it does not work , tried on my Chevy 2500 and my Ram 2500 7 pin and nothing, no power to run motor.

Unit came with a broken housing.
I contacted support after a few attempts as it’s only a bot that you text at first then got someone who after a few days decided they would send a new cover and it has taken 2 weeks so far still no cover thy shut down the text so you can’t respond unless you go through the entire process again.
Awesome products as I have several items but if you have an issues it’s very hard to get resolved. I still don’t know if they sent a cover and my jack is still in the box waiting.

I received that jack i ordered but it was damaged in the package. I made a report. Was told id get a replacement. Waited 3 weeks on a replacement and all they sent was the plastic cover to the jack. Keep in mind the jack does not work!

It came packaged really good. Got it out of the box. The top rain cover was cracked. Pulled off my hand crank jack and installed this one and wouldn't work in the retract mode. It would only extend. After a few weeks going back and forth they finally decided to give ma a refund, only after they offered to give me $34 back. Then they offered to give me $68 back and keep the product. I said no, I want a full refund and you can have this junk back. They finally agreed
