Bed Rails work perfectly for me. I fell out of our bed four (4) times over 3 months. On the third (3rd) fall i injured my right knee. I purchased this bed rail system with the legs. It was easy to assemble. It is easy to let down the assist rails once installed. A few time since I have waken to discover I am laying tight to the rails with falling out Personally, I think I need a new mattress too. I now don't recommend any mattress with a memory foam top to anyone As to this Bed Rail System, I recommend this to any person with the same situation I had
