Using the railings. They are fine. My concern is what are options to cover the railing going up and down the stairs when it's very hot or covered with ice.

Everything came fine for the most part. Cover was slightly damaged and bent but I'm okay with it. It did not come with a drill bit like my other railing. But to be honest I'm not sure it was supposed to. I've never had a problem with vevor products

Bon produit, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Winling Les chevilles nulles!

ga*** Sent wrong item
Typ Prosty Krok 4 lub 5
I was sent this product but it is now the one I ordered or intended to order. The one I need has a single post and is intended for use with two steps. What was sent is of no use to me.

Lola Terrible customer service
Typ Prosty Krok 4 lub 5
Bought 2 of the exact same handrails. One was incorrect (missing holes to attach the crossbar) have repeatedly contacted customer service to get the right part including pictures to explain, I was sent 2 little plastic pieces…not even close to what was requested. Have been waiting for the return label to send it back; nothing been sent. So I have opened dispute with my CC.
