I would have given it 5 stars across the board but it came with a SDS drill bit that would not fit my SDS Plus hammer drill, which is the most common size these days.

Well packed and quick delivery from date of order. Supplied with all fixings necessary (I thought I would have to supply the drill bit) - but no it was included. Does need 2 people to put the hand rail up. Did not take too long. The instruction leaflet was good and easy to follow. Once in place it felt secure for my invalid wife to use when climbing the steps. Good quality product, well priced and looks great.

Very easy to install. Standing up well to wind, storm, and people usage.

The weight of the item lets you know that it is fairly thin material, Ok for the hand rail part, should be thicker for the vertical posts. Overall, as a railing, it works as intended for the client

These are well built railings. Hardware isn’t great for supporting railing so I’ve replaced with 1/2 inch Hillman Anchors as it’s used for an elderly person and they need something with a strong hold in concrete.

Easy set up but cheap Chinese anchors gotta remember to check and make sure to buy America made. Won't make that mistake again.
