groff5 Railing won't fully tighten to posts

Decent quality, looks good. My biggest issue is the connection between the rail and the posts won't tighten enough to take wiggle out of railing. Railing moves just slightly, making you think the railing isn't stable. Still trying to figure out how to remedy that issue. Probably have to drill it out and use bigger fasteners. It's a little unnerving to people using it for the first time.

looks well,quick delivery,had to buy better bolts into ground,,which you did send me a payment for them, ordering was easy,and was well informed of delivery and shipment,but not very strongly made,when you grab top of rail above one of the securing post the rail seems a bit woobly.and the black paint easily scratches.
