Great diesel heater for the price. The auto-altitude sensing makes this so much easier to get set up than past models. I do find that the remote start fob lacks some range, but it's not something that I ever use, so it's not a big deal to me.

I live in Québec, Canada. I had this heater running 24/7 from the moment nighttime temperatures started hitting freezing, and I only turned it off months later when it consistently stayed above freezing. Yes, there’s a little “tic-tic” sound from the diesel pump, but you get used to it quickly. I spent about 100 nights in my Sprinter during the coldest part of the year, and this thing gets the job done. I especially love the remote—it’s great to adjust the heat up or down without getting out of bed at night. I even bought a second unit to keep on the shelf just in case I needed to swap or clean this one mid-winter—but I never had to use it. After all those months, the heater is still working like a charm. Highly recommended for cold-weather vanlife.
