Dieselheizung 5-8 Kw VEVOR. Installation laut Vevor relativ leicht wenn man Techniker ist. Inbetriebnahme etwas schwieriger aber überwindbar. Bei den Einstellungen wie Temperatur und Timmer bzw. Uhrzeit sind auch schon mehrere Professoren der Technischen Universität in Wien gescheitert. Also Keine Angst wenn Ihr es nicht schafft. Wenn Ihr um 12:00 Uhr die Heizung mit Strom Versorgt stimmt zumindest die Zeit. Die Heizung heizt aber Achtung das Warmluftrohr das abgeht darf maximal 2 Meter lang sein!!!! Habe die Technische Zuschrift von Vevor erhalten!!!!

I bought this diesel heater for my boat to keep it warm in the winter because one of my friends has one that he says works great. His is the portable suitcase kind and he just puts it out on the deck of his sailboat in the cockpit area but I purchased this one to permanently install. It works really well a lot better than the electric heat I had before but my one issue with it is the software settings that you cannot change on the thermostat mode. It will run continuously because it will turn itself down to a very low power level that's not enough to raise the temperature even when it's 6-7° below your set temperature. 6-7° is a lot on a heating system and the tolerances are actually even more than that. Vevor should would do a firmware update and change it to where it will actually go to a higher power level than one or two when it's six or seven degrees below your set temperature because it should increase in power level if you're below the set temperature and it's not increasing any. Even if they put a delay in that if the thermostat doesn't detect the temperature change in say 5 minutes it should increase the power level by one until a increase is detected at least. M9st h9.e thermostats now have a 1 degree tolerance when calling for heat. Older thermostats were 2 or 3 degrees. The body will notice small differences in temperature change. So far the thermostat has been useless and I have to manually control the unit all the time to keep a stable temperature on my boat.

Don't buy this if you need Bluetooth, because it doesn't work. I tried so many different things and nothing works

Used it twice worked great, today got cold again fired up and keeps shutting off. Seems to be igniting issue. Kinda frustrating base used less than two tanks of fuel.

Took a while to catch prime . Next to no instructions on how to use it. Had to find everything on YouTube and even then couldn't figure out all the features in the screen. Once we got it running it's awesome to use. Just wish we could figure out all the features and wish it had way more detailed instru tons with how to access all the features

PROS: 1) Easy to install and uses only about 1/2 gallon per 12 hours on lowest setting; 2) The timer is easy to use and you do not have to reset it everyday (make sure you keep the thing fueled); 3) Aside from the fuel pump noise ALL of these types have, purrs like a kitten and VERY QUIET fan; 4) LOVE the two different modes of operation (e.g., set temperature or set operating level). CONS: 1) Temperature offset is only programmable from the hardwired controller and ONLY allows minus nine (-9) offset. For my needs need at least minus twenty-five (-25) offset and that is even with the controller remotely mounted; 2) The clock is HORRIBLY INACCURATE and advances 3-5 minutes per day. Would be superb if the Bluetooth app allowed programming features found on the hardwired controller; 3) Altitude displayed on APP is in meters only and temperature in Celcius only; 4) Need to be able to program timer (et al) from Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 5) The key-fob remote is terribly designed. If you accidentally touch "Off" the unit shuts down and you have to wait about 5 minutes to be able to restart. On the surface this does not sound like a problem until you find yourself fumbling around in the dark (nighttime) to try to increase/decrease the temperature and accidentally shut it down; 6) Need to be able to program clock from Bluetooth all (AirHeaterBLE). NOTES: 1) Overall a great item and could be FANTASTIC with a few updates to the Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 2) MOST significantly, needs to have the ability to set TEMPERATURE OFFSET up to -25 (minus twenty-five) degrees as the controller shows FAR hotter than actual temperature and that is even after mounting it far away from the heater; 3) The Bluetooth app needs to have an ADVANCED SETTINGS page where all the features can be changed/monitored appropriately. Doing this would be easier than an (impossible) firmware upgrade to the hardwired controller (i.e., those already out in the field). Would purchase again without hesitation, but sure hope they update the Bluetooth app and fix the clock innacuracy (maybe sync to phone time???).

Melted after a 4 months of use as a tiny house anti freezing measures. Instructions could use work by someone who is fluent in english (Not Slander).

I have only had it installed a couple weeks so i cant speak on the longevity of the unit, but i will say it cranks out heat. I have a 40' destination trailer. I mounted this unit in a tongue box and piped it in the wall. With both my furnace and this running it heats up from 55⁰ to 65⁰ in less than a half hr. The fuel consumption is relatively low unless i keep it running all night in which case it uses about a gallon of diesel. The remote is handy. The bluetooth app is absolute garbage tho. I got it to work once and not again. I also am not sure where the thermostat is located but the auto feature doesnt seem to work either.

Purchased one of these as my old heater went out, decided to try the vevor rather than the espar, got it installed, it worked for about 2 weeks then quick working, it took over 4 months for them to finally replace it. Mind you I boxed up the old one, shipped it off, and it still took forever tk get a replacement. I had to email in twice asking if I was getting even the broken one back or my money or something and after another month they finally said "sorry for the delay" and they would get the new one to me. A month later it shows up. The entire process successfully brought me to the warm season where I dont even need it so I havent even installed this new one. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't idk. But a warranty and service that takes months is ridiculous.
