Sigue funcionando. Ni tan mal. Pero aun no convence mucho ya que no caliente al 100% bien en toda la superficie.

The platten temp is exactly 45 degrees less than what the controller is indicating ie: have to set to 350 degrees just to get 300 degrees actual. Measured with 3 different brands of heat guns.. contacted customer support and they keep telling me that was normal when I know otherwise so for business I can’t use and no satisfaction from VEVOR support

I have an older Vevor hat press and I thought the newer Vevor hat press by now would’ve come with a better solution for hat pressing. every hat gets a crease. I would have thought by now they would have made a pad underneath to eliminate the creases. I never get a good press without adding something else under the hat then it doesn’t get enough pressure and it’s just not a consistent press on any hat press and it’s very discouraging. I should have saved my money and not bought this.

Bought this as I have a manual press and thought this would be great. This design leaves creases in your hat. Also, when I unpackaged the unit the plugs were loose and the display flickered. Hoping this doesn't continue. Save your money on this one.

I purchased this to replace the Vevor 3-in-1 that lasted less than a year. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Temperature problem: it won't go above 250°F, even if the indicator shows a higher temperature (tested with a thermal probe and laser). I contacted customer service and they told me it was normal to have a difference between the indicator and the heating plate... okay, maybe 5 or 10 degrees, but not 50... (I asked for 330°F and they quoted me 255°F). I'm going to look for another compatible heating plate and find a solution myself. I'm done with Vevor appliances; I'll never buy from them again.

The unit out of the box, Did not open. My refund was not acceptable on so many levels.

I received the package very late. When I first plugged it in, it did not work. I contacted them immediately. They do not have a phone number. I have been emailing them for a week and they offered to send me a circuit board for be to fix it myself which they say can take 15 days. I do not want to fix a brand new item. I want to return this and get my money back. Do not buy from this company. It does not have great customer service or a way to call and speak with a person directly.

I was so excited about this and was ready to put it to work the day I got it. It turned on once. I tried 1 screen prritn transfer and the center of it didn't adhere like the sides of it. I watched reviews and intended to add a towel on top to make the pressure more equalized. The next day when I tried to turn it on it acted like it didn't have power. I made sure all the connections were tight, checked the outlet was working but nothing. VEVOR sent me a video on how to replace the mother board...which I didn't even have. I also couldn't get fully inside it the way the video showed to even try and wiggle all cable connections inside the box. Communication has been now over a week. I can't box it up bc the arm is in the raised position and there is no way to release it to lower it for packaging. I havn wasted valuable time on this machine trying to make it work. I was hoping for this to be a welcomed addition to my business but instead it has cost me both time and money. No photo needed bc there is no power and I can't show anything but it in the raised position. I can't give anything a score over 1 stars. If I could give no stars I would based on my experience.

I would not recommend this product. I have ruined several hats trying to get this to work correctly. Temperature dial won’t turn second dial won’t turn. Heat is inconsistent leaves several creases, after contacting customer support about my dial issues. I was told there’s no resolution and they offered me a discount in the form of a credit to my original payment to just keep the unit I had and deal with it. If you’re OK with that kind of customer service this is a great product for you but if you want something that actually works as intended, you might look for another product.. I took the credit thinking I could figure it out but have spent more time and money on ruined hats. For this reason I cannot recommend tho as a good purchase..
