The top lid does not align properly with the bottom section, making the product difficult to use as intended. Additionally, the top lid has developed a crack near the screw fastening area, raising concerns about its durability and structural integrity. I expected better quality, craftsmanship, and quality control from VEVOR. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses these quality issues and ensures that all components are properly manufactured, aligned, and securely assembled. I would appreciate a replacement unit that meets acceptable quality standards or a full refund if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
