Open the box got ready to use one time and it did not charge did not turn on did not work at all requested refund or immediate exchange inside the store cannot exchange. I have to buy a different one. I feel that they should’ve just swapped the one I had out. But they wouldn’t do it so now I’ve paid for two of these.

Difficultés de livraison avec DPD, 2 livraisons à domicile échouées et une en point relais : du coup, livré le vendredi (avec déplacement en sus) au lieu du lundi !
Le mode d'emploi ne soit pas en français, uniquement en anglais.
La tête de la caméra n'étant pas orientable, l'image sur l'écran n'est jamais bien orientée. La prochaine caméra, je la prendrai avec une tête orientable, mais ce n'est pas le même prix.
Les protection de caméra sont lourde d'utilisation de par le fait des petites vis et qu'il faille les obligatoirement démonter pour ranger la caméra. Du coup, lors de ma 1ère utilisation, j'ai déjà perdu une vis dans le conduit que j'inspectais !

Encore une fois, pas de notice en Français, il faut donc improviser !!! Par ailleurs si le prix est compétitif on voit bien que cette caméra est un peu "légère" par rapport à celles que l'on peut louer chez les professionnels du bâtiment. Mais comme je suis un particulier, elle suffira peut-être !!!

Die Kamera an sich macht einen guten Eindruck, allerdings hat sie einen Wackelkontakt, weshalb immer wieder kein Bild angezeigt wird.
Der Support reagiert leider sehr langsam, ich warte noch immer auf eine Rückmeldung.

H2Oz Not for residential pipes, use only for very large pipes
Solid case. Good camera. Whatever you do, do not, and I repeat, do Not attempt to snake this into any of your homes 1 1/2" water pipes. The minute it gets past the 1st 90 degree bend, you will Not get it back out. No matter what. The back of the camera mechanism will get hung up on the pipe lip and no matter the amount of twists and turns and pulling, it will not dislodge. You will have a very expensive and time consuming repair. Plus be careful of the steel filament within the spring. It is often frayed and will stick you if you grab the spring. The spring and camera head is too big and stiff for the 1 1/2" pipe bends. This should work wonderfully for large pipes. The customer service team is amazing.

Bought a new one, different version. Switched the cameras between them so I could keep the 512hz pipe finder part of the camera.

R U & S Corp Camera works but locator needs improvement
The method required by the locator doesn't provide precision and is time-consuming. There should be an improvement in the locator for use when the camera is underground in a pipe.

Its a neat thing to have but it doesnt work that great. If there is any blockage or mud in pipe the camera is useless. The video isnt as high resolution asbthey advertise either
