A year in and they aren't doing too well. Drawer is well below the weight limit. Dont recommend this product.

Poor Quality, Fragile Parts, and Terrible Customer Service — Avoid These Slides! Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Out of the 20 drawer slides I received, 9 arrived with broken soft-close catches. That’s nearly half the order damaged right out of the box! The soft-close catches are made of extremely thin, flimsy plastic that appears ridiculously easy to break. For hardware that’s supposed to be functional and reliable, the quality is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service, requested replacement parts, and provided photos clearly showing the damage. Their response? They refused to do anything to resolve the issue. So not only did I receive a product with a serious quality problem, but the customer service was equally disappointing. Nearly half the slides were defective, and the seller offered no solution. Bottom line: Poor product quality, fragile components, and zero customer support. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I would not recommend these drawer slides to anyone.

Ordered, shipped but never received. Got a refund. Never had product so not a fair review of the actual product

The drawer slides were, as expected after watching videos and reading other people's feedback, of good quality. However, they probably have a very weak point in a piece of plastic that is essential and allows the soft-close function to be charged, which happens when the drawer is opened. Of the 20 drawer slides received (10 pairs), the plastic piece was broken in 9 of them, and they are not possible to replace without special tools. Had to install a drawer with a fully functioning drawer slide, and one where the plastic piece was broken. They were making an unpleasant clicking sound in the broken slide when closing, created by a blockage caused by the not charged soft close system. Because of this only 3 stars are given for the quality, and a complaint will be sent to VEVOR.

Very disappointed because my slides did not come with screws even though the description and video s said otherwise. I just ordered two more boxes . Please send screws. Thank you

One has been installed one pair so far and the drawer only Wade approximately 25 pounds and it doesn’t roll very well. Hopefully the other ones will be better.
