I have 3 drawers I built in the back of my truck. The other 2 drawer slides just like this one work perfectly. Solid and hold plenty of weight with ease. This set had a rod that disengages the lock that holds the drawer open not attached properly so after loading the drawer and going to close it, I pushed the lever and it was sliding so I continued pushing the drawer in and it slammed to a halt halfway in destroying the catch that locks it open. I just looked to see what the warranty is since they are brand new and apparently there is absolutely no warranty unless you purchase one at checkout. If not for having 0 warranty time (I would have assumed at least 30 days) I would have given them 5 stars as the other 2 sets work perfectly fine.

les glissières commandées sont données pour une longueur de 1321 mm mais celles-ci mesurent 1350 mm et de ce fait sont trop longues.
Pour cette raison elles ne correspondent pas à mon besoin et je souhaite effectuer un retour avec remboursement.
Malgré ma demande, le SAV ne donne aucune suite à celle-ci.

Never buy from this company again. Received the order, one of the parts not locking to stay open as it should. Sent them a video showing the part not locking. They replied that I didn’t install it correctly so I mentioned to them again to watch the video again. It shows that the part is not working even it’s not install yet. Back and forth they continue to say that I didn’t installed it correctly. Gave up. I JUST GOT SCAMMED.
