Je me suis trompée en l' achetant. Je voulais que le siège pivote et hélas, ce n'est pas le cas. Mea culpa. Sinon, de bonne qualité, livraison très rapide, montage aisé. Ce n'est pas encore ce que je voulais mais ça fait le job, permettre à mon père de pénétrer dans la baignoire. Ça soulage les infirmières.

Sitting here with an almost completely assembled sliding shower and realizing the back support is broken and won’t be safe for my mother to use. I would greatly appreciate a replacement as this was an expensive purchase that arrived today and is defective. Just the back piece will do. You see my dilemma one side has the push button to secure it and the other side does not.

I have written to you about sending this product back I did not have to use it you would not accept it back I am disappointed with your policy of shipping something back that you did not need Very disappointed

DO NOT BUY anything on this website. I bought a chair that didn't work as I was expecting, and I simply want to return. There is no way to do it. Do you have to request and they simply don't approve it.

The idea is good, but it would work better if the seat was tilted back about 5 to 7 degrees and the armrest could be height adjustable. I live with a tetraplegic person, and having the seat tilted back would really help the person to stay properly upright. Idem for the armrest. They are too low to keep a person with limited balance from falling sideway.

1. The slide mechanism is very good. 2. The cut-off in the middle of the chair is too big for our purposes 3. The cut-off is also too big to sit on 4. It’s about 2 inches too high for my legs, even though it's adjusted to the lowest position 5. Do you have any other options with a chair that has a 2-inch lowest adjustment? 6. If yes, can we exchange/return the one we purchased from you recently?

This item was ordered 3 months ago and never delivered. The carrier reported a “shipping exception”. Vevor declined looking into this issue and stated it would automatically send a replacement when the item was back in stock - approximate 4 months after original purchase date. The item was back in stock only 2 months later, but Vevor is refusing to send the replacement item, despite multiple discussions with its customer service teams for the past 10 days. (Vevor states that it has reached out to me by email about this issue in a separate email instead of following up in the existing customer service chat/email chain, but that email was not received and Vevor is not responding in the existing email chain.) Why has a replacement item not been shipped already within the last 10 days?

Never received this item. Was never sent s tracking number - the shipper dd not invlude the suite -# - in spite of paypal having this - want a refund / this looks like a scam.
