Bonjour, C'est pour un anniversaire donc je ne peux dire si elle est correcte ou pas. Colis bien emballé envoi rapide, donc Madame la testera et fera le constat.

Seul bémol, rien ne retient les éléments pour les garder en place avant de placer la dernière plaque. C'est difficile de s'assurer que la coupe soit droite avec le papier. Sinon l'utilisation est très facile et le résultat est tellement beau. Le délai de livraison était un peu long. Je la recommande fortement.

Tarvitsisin vevor 26042 kit stanssauskoneeseen uusia keikkuu levyjä enkä ole saanut selvyyttä, mitkä levyt siihen käy, kun nettisivuilla on levyjä aivan erimalliseen koneeseen. Tähän minun tilaa maani ei löydy eli oli virhe ostos!!!!

I had high hopes for this die cutting machine. I’m an avid crafter and journal lover, so I work with paper and cardstock often. No matter how I use this die machine, it either will not glide through without putting so much pressure on it that I’m scared the handle will snap off. I’ve tried taking one 3 mm board out and then it is way to loose to put through and won’t cut at all. I’ve tried so many different ways to make it work and still, cannot get a cut from it. Even my husband tried finagling it in different ways but nothing worked. I’m so bummed out. I have the Sizzix Sidekick and also had a Sizzix big kick and never had this happen. It is a pretty machine though.

Purchase on July 28th I've been back and forth with your department I want a refund and I don't know I'm trying to get to the site and it won't let me I want a refund and I want to return this unit. Your service department Raymond D Washington

Do not waste money on this product. It is not something that is useful to create end product. Very difficult to work with, and end result is very cheap and bad. Templates provided with it are little bit smaller than B6 format which is not very convenient. Regardless of paper thickness each time it will cut trough and end result is very bad. Regarding positioning this is very bad as well, as it is very hard to position template, paper and thickness boards especially if you want to do multiple templates at once to save time. I wouldn't recommend this product as it is complete waste of money. You really don't need to buy this product.

The directions were not as clear as I would have liked them to be but the machine for the most part is fine I had to go to YouTube and watch several videos on how to make it work right.... I shouldn't have to resort to going to YouTube for a product that I purchased from you guys I reached out on the 1-800 number or the customer assistance number no one returned my call it's fine I won't purchase again if this is the outcome from this company
