Handy Man Major Pain On Installation

Installation instructions were completely useless. Provided screws couldn't possibly safely hold a 350 lb person. It came with 8 and it needs 10. I had to go out and buy 3/8" x 3" log bolts and washers and shims just to install it. No information about framing and reinforcement - which is required. No instructions for changing the length to fit your ceiling height. When you adjust that, the "feet" no longer fit inside the box frame!! We had to figure it all out ourselves and resolve each issue 1 at a time until it fit out ceiling height and the feet/legs actually fit up inside the box frame. I'm an experienced person with this sort of thing and it was a horrible experience. Had to do numerous modifications just to make it fit into the ceiling rafters and close correctly.

I have purchased VEVOR Aluminum Attic Ladder, but they never send it to me. two weeks after i have to follow up
they create the tracking number but they where out of stock till now
not happy what they did why are they selling goods than not in stock

The unit was 1/4 inch larger than specs which created more work of trimming down the already framed opening :(. The arms were bent and want to twist when closing the unit.... I tried to bend them straight and time will tell if it holds up. I should've stuck with werner or louisville... lesson learned

Un peut plus de contrôle qualité pourrait être fait sur le serrage de vises car il i a fallu que je resserrent les trois quarts ne parlons pas des hauteurs qui sont complètement dans les choux heureusement que j'étais trop grand qu'il m'a juste fallu couper

Worst experience ever
Product not delivered
When I enquirer about the situation the Artificial Intelligience response that I received was completely useless. There is no phone number you can call or human interaction. After more than 25 emails back and forth I have not received my attic stair nor have I received a credit. I am out all my money and have no product to show for it
Vevor has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with
Stay away from Vevor if you want your product it is debatable whether you will receive it or not
