Hose has cheap end on them and when you screw a nozzles on the end you can’t change it because the end turn that is attached to the hose and no way to hold it . I recommend not to buy again

Fireman Bob Misleading Hose Size – False Advertising!
I bought two of these hose reels, expecting them to match the advertised size, but what I received is completely misleading and false advertising at its finest.
The "5/8-inch" hose has an actual inner diameter of only .465 inches—far smaller than claimed.
The "1/2-inch" hose is even worse, measuring just .340 inches inside.
These are not industry-standard sizes, and the restriction on water flow is significant. If you’re expecting full water pressure, forget about it—this thing will choke your flow down to a trickle.
For a product designed to handle water, size matters, and this company clearly doesn’t care about accuracy in their listings. If you need real performance and proper hose dimensions, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money, and I’ll be returning them immediately.

I purchased two of these hose reels, carefully selecting different sizes based on my needs:
The 5/8-inch hose was meant for an area where I needed higher volume,
The 1/2-inch hose was for another spot where volume wasn’t as critical.
Sounds like a solid plan, right? Wrong.
What I received is laughable. The so-called "5/8-inch" hose isn’t even a true 1/2 inch—its inner diameter is only .465 inches! That’s a huge restriction on water flow, completely defeating the purpose of choosing a larger size.
And the "1/2-inch" hose? Even worse—it measures a pathetic .340 inches inside. That’s not a half-inch hose. That’s not even close!
This is blatant false advertising and a complete failure in quality control. If you’re expecting proper hose sizing for actual water flow, you will be sorely disappointed. These hoses choke the water down to a trickle instead of delivering what was promised.
This product is a scam and an absolute waste of money—I’ll be returning both immediately. Buyer beware!
